She is survived by her seven children, Bruce Lester Johnson of London, UK ( wife: Amber child: Maya Johnson); Bernard Malone of Starkville, MS; Lenetra Denise Higgins of Starkville, MS (husband Charles); John Eric Lindsey of Starkville, MS ( wife Cora: children, Erika, Erick); Audra Mechelle Lindsey-Senior of Decatur, AL ( husband: Christopher, children: Mical, Alexa, & Malieq); Delia Ann Nelson of Florence, AL ( husband: Troy, children: Johnathan, Ivan, Winter); Monica Lindsey Macon of Starkville, MS (husband: Joe, children: Tehya, Joseph); one stepson, Kennedy Leon Lindsey of Chicago, IL (Lacey and Clint) and as well as six great grandchildren. She is also survived by six siblings: Anna Manning, Lamar Ware, Shyrl Tillman, Arlene Simmons, Thomas Carl Ware, Rita Robinson, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
