Mrs. Elvie Smith Mobley

Mrs. Elvie Smith Mobley at the precious age of 104 transitioned to her eternal home on Monday, October 17, 2022. She was born Sept. 23, 1918, in Starkville, Mississippi, to the union of Carrie Bell Smith and Charlie Smith Jr. She was the second eldest of 11 children. Her daughter, Beatrice Beckum and her husband, had been caretakers for some time before she resided at Parkvue Healthcare. Mrs. Mobley was preceded in death by her beloved late husband Gamus Mobley on November 04, 2009. Through this union thirteen children were born, that evolved into a life full of love and laughter. Four of her children preceded her in death, Sally Watts, Willie Mobley, Murry Mobley, Hazel Mobley and a grandson, Gary Mobley.
