He is survived by his wife, Valerie Coleman; two children: Erica Coleman and Eric Ellis both of Starkville, MS; one step-daughter, Chiquetta Jenkins of Chicago, IL; six sisters: Lavern Perry of Cordova, TN; Dorothy Sudberry of Flint, MI; Latonia Coleman of Houston, TX; Armie Coleman, Twana Coleman, and Deon Coleman all of Starkville, MS; three loving brothers: James Coleman of Kingston, NC; Rico Coleman and Willie Coleman (Bobbie) both of Starkville, MS; mother-in-law, Alice Avery of Sturgis, MS; sister-in-law, Kim Kirkwood of Starkville, MS; and a brother-in-law, Myron Avery of Meridian, MS.
