He is survived by his mother and father, Allie Lee Blair and Johnny Blair; one son, Termaine Blair, one grandson, Taylor Alexander Ashford; two sisters, Renetta Blair and Cathy Blair; six brothers, James "Merk" Blair, Barnett Blair, Dennis Blair, Terrell Blair, and Bruce Blair.
