She is survived by two sons: Leo M. Tate (Phyllis) and Wendell S. Tate of Starkville, MS; three daughters: Peggy Clark of Starkville, MS; Kemetha Richardson (Hubert) of Columbus, MS; and Amy Barnes (Barry) of Jackson, MS; two sisters: Mary C. Tate of Starkville, MS; Erma Allen (Ronald) of Memphis, TN; four brothers: Clifton Tate (Catherine), Alvin Jefferson of Starkville, MS; George Jefferson (Lillian) of Lakeland, FL; Wade Petty of Columbus, MS; one brother-in-law; four sisters-in-law thirteen grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
