Dr. Shirley A. James Hanshaw

She is survived by her former husband Larry G. Hanshaw, Ph.D. (Wanda) of Gautier, MS, and their children Nneka T. Breaux, Ph.D. (Jason) of Indianapolis, IN, and Okera S. Hanshaw, M.D. (Carmen) of Decatur, GA. She is also survived by her siblings, Robert W. James, Ph.D. of Fayetteville, NC, John A. James (Sharon) of Detroit, MI, Sandra C. James of Atlanta, GA, and Louis E. James (Pamela) of Chicago, IL. She will be especially missed by her beloved grandchildren Nia Breaux, Ibrahim Breaux, Ayo Breaux, Ana Villavasso, Sara Villavasso, Rachel Villavasso, Imani Hanshaw and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
