Pastor Michael Love was born April 28, 1966 in Oktibbeha County, Starkville, MS. He was a 1984 graduate of Starkville High School. After graduation, he enlisted in the National Guard where he was active for eight years. Mike always felt Mississippi and Arkansas were his mission fields. He loved God, church, singing for the Lord, and he loved children. He lived with dignity, strength, and humility. He was mentored, and he was a mentor. He was discipled and was a disciple. He was a humble and kind man that inspired many “to press on towards the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus” ~Philippians 3:14
At a very young age, he accepted Christ as his personal Savior and united with Mt. Peiler M.B. Church. He later moved his membership to Second Baptist Church where he remained a faithful member until he moved to Pine Bluff, AR in 1985.
