He leaves to cherish his memories: his loving wife, Mary Tate Bowen; three daughters: Lisa McMillan (Calvin), Stephanie Frison both of Houston, MS; Joyce Whitfield (Reverend Darrick) of Okolona, MS; two step-sons: Arthur H. Miller, Jr. and Douglas L. Miller (Troylin) both of Starkville, MS; five brothers and five sisters: William Bowen (Betty), Reverend Bobby Bowen (Annie), Willie Bowen (Linda) all of West Point, MS; Reverend Joe Bowen of Columbus,MS; Reverend John Bowen (Betty) of Minneapolis, MN; Bessie Townsend (John), Earnestine Dean, Frances Deanes (Shelton), Janet Bowen (Charles) all of West Point, MS; and Christine Huggins (Billy) of Houston, MS; 12 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
