Mr. Powers leaves to cherish his memories a God sent wife, Dora Mae Powers; three children, Jerry (Maggie) Powers, Suprindah (Dennis) Kilborn, Immanuel (Natasha) Powers II, all of Starkville, MS; four grandchildren, Datraveon "Trey" Kilborn, April M. Powers, Alexia R. Powers, all of Starkville, MS, and Sana Powers of Jacksonville, NC; a step granddaughter, Evonnna Stovall; and a great-granddaughter, Amari Stovall; two sisters, JoAnne Howard, Emma (Chester) Redmond, both of Starkville, MS; one brother, James E. Powers of Lakewood, CA; two sister in-laws, Ella Mae Rieves of Starkville, MS and Laurine Davis of West Point, MS; one uncle, Roy (Ineze) Allen; one aunt, Catherine Jackson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
