He is survived by his wife, Gwendolyn Joyce Hudson-Perkins of Starkville, MS; one son, Jack Kenneth Perkins of Flagstaff, AZ; two daughters: Nicole Perkins of Kyle, TX; and Jackie Hubbard of Starkville, MS; three grandchildren; three brothers: Wiley "Bubba" Turner, Jr. , Stevie Turner, and Ralph Turner; six sisters: Linda Turner, Donnie Rose Smith, Jackie Berryhill , and Karen Turner, Louise Davis and Gloria Jean Johnson; his step-mother, Amanda Turner.
