He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Annie Simmons; his daughter, Theresa Duck; his son, Steve Simmons; five grandsons, three granddaughters; three great- grandsons; his sisters, Frances Simmons, Cherry Dell Harrington and Ethel Dell (James) Norris; his brother, Tommy (Jean) Davis, and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
