He is survived by his wife, Nina Gibson; his daughter, Ariel Gibson; his son, Jimmie Gibson, Jr. of West Palm Beach, Florida; his brothers: Robert Quinn of Greenwood, MS; and Andy Gibson (Kim) of Starkville, MS; Larry Gibson and Jimmie Jones of Maben, MS, George Cannon of Chicago, IL; and Robert Cannon of West Point, MS; his sisters: Mildred Gibson of Chicago, IL; Barbara Harris (Leon) , Marilyn Jimerson, Rosie Jones (Jerry), Mary Jones (Charles), Margaret Guyton (Bruce), Annie Heard (Johnny) all of Maben, MS; and Sandra Ellis of Starkville, MS and Betty Cannon Of Cedar Bluff, MS; two step-children : Jacquelyn McGraw and Antonio McGraw both of West Palm Beach, Florida.
