He leaves to cherish his precious memories; a loving wife, Doris Carr; one daughter, Elissa; four brothers: Blaine (Wander), William Jr. (Janice), Michael (Bridgette), and Marquis all of Starkville, MS; three sisters-in-law: Mary Reese (Sammie), Verlene Fulton (Dwayne) and Gertrude Allen all of Starkville, MS; four brothers-in-law: Mitchell, Roy Allen (Dorothy), Tony Allen (Mary) and Jimmie all of Starkville, MS; three aunts: Elnora Smith, Canary Smith of Chicago, IL; Louise Shine of Sandusky, OH; four uncles: John Carr, Arthur Outlaw (Julian), Jessie Stallings (Mattie) all of Starkville, MS; and David Williams of Chicago, IL; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Ada Carr; and one brother, Ronnie Carr.
