Louis Albert Edgar, 92, died Saturday, December 15, 2012 at his residence in Starkville, Mississippi. Visitation will be held 1-6 p.m. Friday, December 21, 2012 at West Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012 at West Memorial Chapel in Starkville with Reverend Lee Peeples officiating. Burial will follow at Boyd Cemetery. He is survived by a daughter, Martha Matthews (Henry) of Union City, CA; a sister, Odell Spencer (Otis) of Starkville, Mississippi; two granddaughters: Alisa Matthews of Glenn Heights, Texas; and Tamara James (Ralph) of Spring Valley, CA; and one great grandson, Ralph Henry James of Spring Valley, CA.
