Mr. Mark Anthony Hall

Mark Anthony “Buck” Hall, beloved brother, uncle, cousin, and friend, passed away on Friday, October 4th at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus, Mississippi. Born on December 19, 1961, in Starkville, Mississippi, Mark was the youngest son of the late Reverend Tommy Jefferson Hall and Sarah Ash Hall. As a small child, he confessed Christ at Greater Ebenezer M.B. Church in Starkville, where he remained a member until his death. He was a proud resident of Starkville and a 1980 graduate of B. L. Moor High School in Crawford, Mississippi. Mark loved fishing, painting, grilling, and working in his garden. Blessed with an outgoing personality, he was also a passionate dancer, and the contagious energy of his original dance, “The Frog”, spoke his heart to everyone who saw him express it. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Jerelene Porte’; and a brother, Tommy Hall.
