Burkhalter (Shealar) of Starkville, MS, one sister, Dr. Stacey Smith (Bruce) of Starkville, MS; two brothers: Tracey Burkhalter (Tamara) of Artesia, MS; Kenneth McDougle (Stephanie) of Tuscaloosa, AL; one bonus daughter, Arlishia Simmons of Tupelo, MS; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
