He leaves to cherish his loving legacy, his devoted wife Ethel Bell; three children: Rolanda Smith, Laverna Smith (George) of Mathiston, MS; Eric Marshall (Minnita) of Eupora, MS; two stepsons: Anthony Smith and Kendrick Smith of Mathiston, MS; one special grandson raised as a son, Laterris Powell of Mathiston, MS; one special granddaughter: Lauryn Roby of Mathiston, MS; five grandchildren, nine step-grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren: Reagan Logan, Kaitlyn and Kaisen Powell; seven sisters: Willie Pearl Brown of Jackson, MS; Linda Jones (Harvey) of Maben, MS; Rosie Bell, Betty Bell, Ella Bell (Roy),Ethelyn Griffin all of Starkville, MS; and Dorothy Ware of Pheba, MS; one brother: J.L. Bell (Sandra) of Maben, MS; and a host of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
