Mr. Regenial Clifford Ward

Regenial Clifford Ward was born August 22, 1964, to the late William Enoch Ward III and Annie Dell Ward in Starkville, Mississippi, Oktibbeha County. Regenial was better known as “Reggie.” He was the fourth child of his five siblings. Reggie accepted Christ at an early age in Lompoc, California. As a child and young man, he was an active member of Truevine Baptist Church both in Lompoc, and Los Angeles, California. Regenial received his formal education in the Los Angeles Unified School District. He attended Purche Elementary School, Henry Clay Junior High School, and Gardena High School. After graduating from high school, he completed post-secondary studies at National Technical School in Los Angeles, California for automotive and diesel mechanics. He also attended Antelope Community College where he took classes focusing on careers in the legal field. Reggie was savvy in understanding and interpreting the law.
