He is survived by his siblings: Beatrice Harris of Starkville, MS, James Bibbs of Santa Clara, CA, and Willie Bell of Detroit, MI; his five children: Rosalind of Atlanta GA, Cynthia of Oakland CA, Jessie Jr. of Wichita Falls TX, Jackie of Columbus MS, and David of Starkville, MS; nine grandchildren, seven great- grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
