He is survived by his wife, Sarah Outlaw Evans, five children: Deidre Peterson, Cedric Tate, Anthony Evans, Synetra Evans and Krystal Chandler; one sister, Surfonia Young; three brothers, Maurice Blair, Tommie Riley, and Douglas Clark; ten grandchildren: Brianna, Shadira, Jonathan, Dorian, Javon, Taylor, Kevoris, Makayla, Anthony, and Karter; three great grandchildren: Rylan, Aydann and Aubren; one aunt, Elizabeth Rose and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
