Joey is survived by his devoted and loving mother, Maxine Lampkin, residing in St. Louis, MO; one brother, Cecil R. Garner, from Chicago, IL; four sons, Jajuan and Jaden Garner, along with Brendan and Blake Carter; his childhood best friend, Thomas Duane Keys; in addition to nieces, nephews, and numerous cousins and other relatives.
