Mr. Earnest Lee Guyton

Earnest Lee Guyton, affectionately known as "Lee", was born July 15, 1959. to the late Ruby Jane and Walter Lee Guyton, in Mathiston, MS. Lee departed this earthly life to be with his heavenly Father on July 27, 2021 at North Mississippi Medical Center, Tupelo, MS. Lee confessed in Christ at an early age and joined Travelers Rest M. B. Church where he served as a Deacon and Sunday School Superintendent until his death. Lee was united in holy matrimony on July 27, 1980, to Helen J. Banks and to this union two children were born. Lee was employed with Mississippi Paving and Construction as an asphalt superintendent for over 42 years. Lee's greatest joy was fishing, family, and sports as he was big supporter of Mississippi State Bulldogs and a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan. Lee was a great man of character, a great husband, father, grandfather, mentor, and friend.
