He leaves to cherish his memories his wife of 39 years, Jacqueline Skinner; one daughter, Kela L. Randle of Manassas, VA; two sons: Reginald D. Skinner and Omar J. Skinner both of Starkville, MS; three grandchildren: Trinity J. Skinner, Zariah T. Skinner and Tristen R. Skinner and their mother, Latrena A. Skinner of Headland, AL; one sister, Linda Henderson of Starkville, MS; one brother, Luther Skinner and his dear friend, Jean Peterson of Starkville, MS; one aunt, two uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
