He is survived by his sisters: Fannie Williams, Cara Thompson (Luther), Betty Baker (David), Cecelia Ashford (Harvey) and Elizabeth Wadlington; five brothers : Sammie Rice (Brenda), Melvin Rice, Robert Rice, Aaron Rice, Edward Rice (Annie); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
