Mrs. Beatrice Harris

Beatrice "Bea" Harris was born on March 8, 1938 to the late Games Mobley and the late Letha Dell Akins. Beatrice Harris confessed Christ at an early age and joined Zion Franklin U.M. Church and was a faithful member until 1987 when she then joined Mt. Olivet M.B. Church where she was a member of the gospel choir and served on the user board until 1997. She then relocated and later joined Christian Faith M.B. Church where she was also a member of the gospel choir and a member of the mother board. Beatrice Harris was employed at Mississippi State University until she retired. On October 31, 1953 She was united in holy matrimony to the late Joe Henry Harris for 26 years and together 7 children were born.
