Mrs. Dessie Mae Keel

She leaves everlasting memories with her husband, Lieutenant Keel; four loving children: Carolyn (Monroe) Miller of Byram, MS; Vicki and Derrick Keel of Starkville, MS; Shun (Nicole) Keel of East Winsor, CT; two sisters: Doretha Johnson of Starkville, MS; Ledester Lumpkin of Maywood, IL; one brother: Henry Gillespie of Bellwood, IL. Her pride and joy were greatly devoted to her twelve grandchildren. She loved being called Poo Bear by her grandsons and six great grandchildren. She leaves a host of nieces, nephews, as well as many more relatives and special friends who will truly miss her warm smile and strong spirit.
