Mrs. Mell Rose Lowery leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Minerva Stevenson (Peter) of East St. Louis and Sara Lowery of Starkville, MS; three sons, Willie James Lowery, and Elex Lowery (Sarah) both of Starkville, MS, and James Lowery (Shirley) of Brooksville,MS. She also leaves thirty-two grandchildren, seventy-five great grandchildren, and twenty-eight great-great grandchildren.
