She is survived by her mother, Ms. Bessie Chandler; her two sons: Jamar Chandler (Victoria) and LaRon Neal; 2 brothers, Barry Bell and Douglas Pete Fulton (Eloise); 4 sisters: Jenie Chandler Tate, Rhonda Thomas (James), Lynn Staples, and Mary Allen; 4 grandchildren: Diamond Bell, Ditris Bell, Dineish Bell, and Alliyah Coggins; 3 great grandchildren: Arielle Bell, Alila Elliott, and Amias Coggins;a special friend, Victor Cannon, and host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and fiends.
