Ms. Bettie E. Montgomery

On Wednesday, June 5, 2024, Bettie heard The Voice of the Lord call her name and she received her wings. Bettie leaves a legacy to cherish her memory by her four children, Gerald (Joni) of LaGrange Park, IL, Rita (Eddie Sr.) of Starkville, MS, Rhonda (Derrick) of Bellwood, IL, and Randy of Decatur IL. Seven grandchildren; Jessica (Colton), Jordan, Lamar (Seana), Jimmy, Eddie Jr, Nalana, and Derrick Jr., and six great-grandchildren; Jaydin, Lamya, Olivia, Oliver, Logan and Hendrix. Also, a “favorite” cousin, Regina McDowell along with a host of cousins and friends. Her mother, father, and siblings preceded her in death.
