She is survived by her children: Lawrence Cook , Jeffrey (Danielyell) Turnipseed, Tamika Nurse and Shirika Turnipseed; six granddaughters: Jakitta Banks, Nehemiah Shumaker
(Brain), Kyandra Garth, Tatayana Turnipseed, Amaya Turnipseed and Chardonnay Montgomery; two grandsons, Jeffrey Turnipseed, Jr. and Charles Montgomery III; 15 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
