Ms. Tia Marie Boyd

Tia Boyd was born June 6, 1999, to Willie Collier and Rita Boyd in West Point, Mississippi. She was raised and lived in Starkville, MS. Tia accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Chapel Hill Missionary Baptist Church. She graduated from Starkville High School in 2018. Tia departed this life on March 5, 2021. She was preceded in death by her sister, Markelia Lynette Boyd. Her beautiful life will be forever cherished in the lives of her mother, Rita Boyd, and father, Willie Collier. Four sisters: Rikecia (Clifton) Mims, Jameshia Boyd of Starkville, Mississippi; Crystal (Javares) Anthony of Birmingham, AL, and Tiffany Boyd of Ozark, Alabama. Four brothers: Lashaun (Quinisha) Nash, Courtney Boyd, Jaylin Boyd and Koby Boyd all of Starkville, Mississippi. Two aunts, Annie (Joseph Sr.) Womack of Ozark, AL and Angela (Bernard) Lanier of Starkville, Mississippi.
