He leaves to cherish his memory; ten children: Marquita Spencer, Shannon Thompson, Vernon Riley (Allison), Robert Neal, Jr. (Miesha), Melvin Spencer, Robert Wicks, Lawan, Tawan, Michael, and Cedric Lucious all of Starkville, MS; three step-children: Vinita Spencer, Greg Page, Israel Page all of Starkville, MS; two brothers: Jimmie Neal and Jimmie Dell Chandler (Canary); five sisters: Emma Chandler, Betty Neal, Martha Young, Regina Brand, Mary Gibson (Henry) all of Starkville, MS; three uncles: Henry Neal, Joe Neal (Thelma), and Willie George Neal all of Starkville, MS; three aunts: Queenie Lawrence of Cincinnati, OH; Annie B. Thompson and Sylvia Wilson all of Starkville, MS; 18 grandchildren, 10 step-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He also leaves his best friend, Coby Collins.
