Mr. Roger Landrum Burton

Roger was born August 5, 1972 to the late Christine Miles Burton and Roger Lee Burton of Starkville, MS and one special aunt who helped raise him, Aunt Sylvia Miles. He attended Starkville Public School. He loved to draw, play video games, wheelchair basketball, and watching karate movies. He accepted Christ and was baptized in 1989 at New Prairie Grove M.B. Church. Roger will be dearly missed by his family and friends. He leaves to cherish his memories his father, Roger Lee Burton; his five sisters: Jacqueline Miles Tate, Gwendolyn (John) Wages, Patrica (Kenneth) Foster, Yulanda Kay Battle, and Porsha Burton, his uncles: Ray Dee Burton, Charlie( Leeonie) Burton, Eugene (Clementene) Miles, Tebowldon (Ethel) Miles, and Jospeh Miles, and his aunts: Lovie Mae Burton-Fleming, Amanda Townsel, Augusta (Willie) Chandler, Annie Miles, and Evelena Miles. He also leaves to cherish very specials cousins, three nieces and two nephews, and one great niece and one great nephew. He was preceded in death by his aunt...
