Mrs. Shonda Renee Neely

Shonda accepted Christ at a young age and joined Chapel Hill M.B. Church. She later joined Sixteenth Section M.B. Church, where she remained a member until her death. She loved her church family and she showed it through her hard work and dedication. Shonda was an active member of the Sixteenth Section M.B. Church Gospel Choir, the praise team, and she also served as an assistant Sunday school teacher. She touched many lives with her warm smile, helping hands, and selflessness. Shonda was employed by Starkville- Oktibbeha Consolidated School District at Armstrong Middle School working as an assistant supervisor in child nutrition. She leaves to cherish her memories: her life long partner of 25 years, married 13 years, Clinton Neely Sr.; her three intelligent children, Katlynn, Clinton Jr.,and Kylah Neely; one step-daughter Shenetra Lee; her father and mother, Eddie and Josie Gandy; her sisters, Shavonne Kennard (Steven), Sharice Gandy, Tanaka Johnson (Thomas), Christina Hall and Aalyasia Kelly; and one...
