Mr. Tommie Lee Harris

Tommie Lee Harris was born September 25, 1938 in Oktibbeha County to Pinkie Lee and Ennis Harris Sr. both of whom preceded him in death along with three brothers; Tommie Louis, Caldwell and Ennis Harris Jr., and two sisters Dixie Harris and Girtha Blair. Tommie departed this life Wednesday, September 3, 2014. He accepted Christ at an early age at Pine Grove M.B. Church, Crawford, MS. He was employed with Herschede and Motor Guide manufacturing companies until his retirement. Tommie was lovingly known as “Hammer” to many of his family and friends. He had a quiet but loving personality that was noticeable to all that came in contact with him. He served in the U.S. Army from 1961-1963.
